Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Production Goals: Meet your sales and business production targets.
  • Sales & Service: Provide insurance quotes, conduct sales presentations, and close sales with both new and existing customers.
  • Referral Program: Encourage and explain our referral program to clients to help grow your customer base.
  • Cross-Sell & Up-Sell: Maximize each customer interaction by offering additional financial products.
  • Training & Team Support: Share your expertise and help team members succeed.
  • Compliance: Follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance standards.
  • Customer Service: Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction.
  • Lead Generation: Engage in proactive lead generation through calls, texts, emails, and more.

Job Requirements:

  • Life & Health License: Must hold an active Life & Health insurance license (in good standing). If you don’t have one, we’ll help you obtain and train you!
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet goals.
  • Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic, resourceful, and coachable.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Professional phone etiquette, negotiation skills, and excellent communication.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to develop strong relationships with both clients and team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Effective handling of day-to-day challenges.
  • Team Player: Collaborative, contributing to a positive team environment.
  • Quiet Workspace: Must have a distraction-free environment to perform duties.
