Job Description:
We are looking for an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join our growing team as a Sales Agent. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, all while working in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Responsibilities:
Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships, and follow up as needed.
Client Education: Take a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients about their insurance options.
Goal Setting: Collaborate with management to meet established marketing and sales goals.
Lead Generation: Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify client needs to provide tailored insurance solutions.

Requirements:
Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales (outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) is preferred.
Sales Track Record: A proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas.
Excellent Communication: Strong written, verbal, and listening skills.
Customer-Focused: A passion for helping clients manage risks and achieve their dreams with insurance products.
Self-Motivated & Detail-Oriented: Strong work ethic, with the ability to manage time and tasks effectively.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate with others while excelling independently.
Presentation Skills: Comfortable making presentations to potential customers.
Licensing: Must be able to obtain a Life and Health Insurance license (approximately $200 for the course, test, and licensing).
