Job Description:
As a Licensed Sales Agent, you will be responsible for prospecting, quoting, and selling life and health insurance policies. You will work within a dynamic team focused on business growth and customer satisfaction. Your role will involve building relationships, identifying coverage gaps, and providing expert recommendations to meet the needs of your clients.
This position allows you to be your own boss while benefiting from a proven system and extensive support provided by our company at no cost. As a trusted advisor, you will help individuals and families make informed decisions about their insurance needs.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Quoting: Generate leads and provide insurance quotes to potential customers.
- Sales & Closing: Use proven sales techniques to uncover customer needs, identify coverage gaps, and convert prospects into customers.
- Follow-Up: Adhere to agency guidelines for prospecting and follow-up to ensure daily and monthly sales goals are achieved.
- Customer Service: Offer exceptional service by helping clients navigate the insurance process, ensuring their needs are met and fully protected.
- Sales Goals: Meet personal sales targets and activity metrics, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Adherence to Policies: Comply with industry regulations and company processes to protect both the agency and its clients.

Requirements:
- Current Life & Health Insurance License: If you do not have a license, we provide support for learning, training, and obtaining the necessary state license.
- Independent Work: Ability to manage your own schedule and hold yourself accountable for achieving sales goals.
- Strong Sales & Communication Skills: Proven ability to engage prospects, close deals, and deliver excellent customer service.
- High Stress Tolerance: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
