Position Overview: Benefit Specialist (100% Remote)

As a Benefit Specialist, you’ll connect with families virtually via Zoom to review their benefits and help them select the coverage that best meets their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• 📞 Contact clients who have requested their benefits (no cold calling).

• 🗓 Set appointments for virtual benefit reviews.

• 💻 Conduct personalized Zoom sessions to explain benefit options.

• ✍️ Enroll clients in appropriate life and health plans.

• 📋 Complete post-review report cards to document client interactions.
